Shipping policy
At Heart Happy Glass, we take great care in packaging stained glass and fragile materials to help ensure your order arrives safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may vary slightly during sales, holidays, or high volume periods.
Shipping Carrier
We primarily ship using UPS Ground for the safest handling of fragile glass items.
If a shipping address includes a PO Box, orders will be shipped via USPS instead.
Shipping Upgrades
Customers may request upgraded or expedited shipping services at their own expense. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like shipping upgrade quote.
Free Shipping
Free shipping will be offered periodically as part of quarterly events.
Fragile Items
Many of our products are fragile, handmade, vintage, or one-of-a-kind. While we package orders carefully, damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of deliver and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery Delays
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Heart Happy Glass is not responsible for shipping delays, weather-related interruptions, or lost/stolen packages marked as delivered.
