Returns & Refund Policy

At Heart Happy Glass, we, take great care in packaging in packaging and describing out stained glass supplies, handmade artwork, and specialty materials. Due to the fragile and unique nature of these products, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Stained glass sheets
  • Specialty glass
  • Handmade items
  • Cut glass
  • Supplies or tools
  • Custom orders
  • Sale or clearance items

Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Many art glass products naturally vary in color, texture, opacity, and patterning.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at hearthappyglass@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless an item was sent incorrectly. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Heart Happy Glass is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or shipping issues once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for claims related to transit delays or delivery issues.
